Service Model
DigiMediaGrow services are provided on a monthly subscription model. Our services include ongoing campaign management, optimization, and strategic consulting.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital marketing services:
- Refunds are not issued once campaigns are live and active
- Services begin immediately upon contract signing and payment
- Work performed cannot be "returned" as it involves time, expertise, and live campaign management
- Ad spend budgets are managed separately and belong to the client
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted 14 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month. To cancel:
- Send written notice to info@digimediagrow.com
- Include your account details and effective cancellation date
- Allow 2-3 business days for processing
- Campaign management will continue until the end of your current billing period

While we don't offer monetary refunds, we are committed to your success. If you're not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to:
